Job Description

Our client is a leading French luxury fashion brand renowned for paving the way in luxury fashion, and exudes passion, flair, and the highest quality products. They seek customer service professionals to operate remotely in the role of Digital Client Adviser, providing outstanding customer service, and client experience to all online and out of store customer inquiries. Please note this is an initial 3 month fixed term contract, 35 hrs p/w, on a shift basis.

As a Digital Client Adviser your principle role will be answering inbound calls from clients, using your professional and luxury etiquette in assisting them on their online retail journey, ensuring they receive an excellent service and purchasing experience.

All successful applicants will receive a full remote 4-week training program to skill them on all relevant systems, and customer service aspects. This will involve all facets of the role, duties, expectations, and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of excellent Customer Service

  • Manage your own inbound calls effectively

  • Follow company call structure, to handle all inquiries effectively and to ensure that quality is not compromised

  • Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, and provide specific advice, and solutions

  • Keep up to date with policies and products through the digital platform, and email communications

  • Build growing and sustainable relationships with clients, engaging in conversation, and promoting the client experience

  • Maintain records, call logs of conversations, and process sales

  • Demonstrate professionalism and reliability consistently

Successful applicants will have

  • Up to 2 years previous luxury retail sales exposure

  • Outstanding communication skills, fluent speaker of French & English is a must

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Great knowledge of luxury fashion, product, and market

  • Engaging and rapport building skills

  • Exquisite customer service and problem solving abilities

  • Additional language such as Mandarin, Russian, Arabic is beneficial (not mandatory)
