Client Advisor - High Jewellery (Russian)


Up to £40K + OTE

Job Description

Our client is a highly sophisticated Parisian jeweller offering some of the most iconic and exquisite high jewellery and luxury timepieces. Comprised from the finest materials their jewellery and watchmaking creations reflect exceptional craftmanship and pay tribute to the Parisian style.

The Client Advisor will be capable of developing the store’s performance to the highest levels in relation to turnover, high jewellery sales, image, client etiquette and service with a key focus on driving sales of high value. They will provide an elevated client experience both in & out of the store and proactively develop a strong network of Russian clients.


  • Provide exceptional customer service surpassing client's expectations at every opportunity.

  • Demonstrate a refined luxury lifestyle through outstanding customer service, attitude, personal grooming, attire, and behaviour.

  • Exemplary clienteling – engage and foster client relationships, implement effective data capture, execute client follow ups, prospects, and appointments.

  • Build, develop and maintain your own local and international client database ensuring client's loyalty.

  • Achieve sales targets and designated KPIs whilst proactively developing a client base.

  • Define and engage prospective clientele.

  • Assist and support after sales clients to convert service to sales.

  • Develop a detailed product knowledge to enable comprehensive customer service.

  • Participate in brand events to develop potential clientele and entertain existing clients.

  • Resolve client challenges with the highest professionalism, promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations to management.

  • Control inventory quality, maintaining exceptional selling conditions.

  • Participate and support in inventory activities as necessary, maintaining the highest standards.

Successful applicants will have

  • A minimum of 3 years luxury retail sales experience ideally from High Jewellery, or demonstrable sales skills and success gained in other luxury categories.

  • Excellent command written and verbal command of both English and Russian languages. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Well-groomed, with an image that projects the luxury lifestyle.

  • Positive attitude, respectful & polite, self-driven, professional, conscientious, and reliable.

  • Thorough knowledge of the luxury retail market, an enthusiasm for the high jewellery and high watches sector, as well as luxury customer service.

  • A team player able to work flexibly and embrace change.

  • Sales and target driven, with a constant motivation and desire for sales generation at the highest level.
