CRM Specialist - London

Job Description

Our client is an iconic Italian luxury fashion brand with a tradition of excellence and a vision of innovation. They seek a CRM Specialist who will be responsible for assisting in the development and enactment of a customer centric culture across different areas of the business ensuring the correct execution of the brands CRM strategy. 


  • Develop and implement the CRM strategy

  • Monitor customer engagement through clienteling and client outreach to promote loyalty and repeat business

  • Support stores with the execution of the clienteling strategy and CRM best practices

  • Involved with loyalty budgets and tracking of ROI

  • Support local training sessions specific to CRM such as clienteling strategy, CRM best practices, data capture, and customer contact

  • Collaborate with other departments on the CRM application concerning new product launches, events, client experiences, and more

  • Be the local POC for all CRM aspects

Successful applicants will have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business 

  • Over three years' experience in business development, client development, and strategy

  • Excellent interpersonal and client relations skills 

  • Proven ability identifying and leveraging opportunities, developing and executing business strategies through customer relationships

  • Capable user of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

  • Confident user of database management systems

  • Passion for luxury fashion, personal customer relationships, and consumer trends

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion
